We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we may refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Under the consumer contracts regulations you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable unless received faulty. When returning items to us it is your responsibility to pay for return postage, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message via our Contact Us page, advising us of your order number and the name/product code of the item affected and details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you. Postage fees are non refundable.
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days once we have confirmed you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full at our discretion. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your order.
If earrings make your earlobes itch or your necklace leaves a rash around your neck, you may have a nickel allergy. If you have a nickel allergy you’ll usually see symptoms 6 to 24 hours after you’re exposed. They include itching, redness, rash, dry patches, and swelling of the skin. Take care when buying jewellery and if you do have allergies buy hypoallergenic '316L Stainless Steel jewellery'. Make sure your jewellery is made of surgical grade stainless steel or either 14, 18- or 24 carat yellow gold. White gold may contain nickel. Other nickel-free metals include pure sterling silver, copper, platinum, and titanium. Polycarbonate plastic is okay. If you must wear earrings that contain nickel, add plastic covers made specifically for earring studs. If you require a refund because you are allergic to the jewellery, pierced jewellery will not be refunded for hygiene reasons. Otherwise you must refer to the rest of the policy to ensure you are still eligible for a refund.
Delivery and Shipping
UK Standard Delivery
You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that's convenient for you. However Thium is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left with the courier. Please note that if you wish to return an item you will have to pay for return postage, we advise you obtain proof of postage.
Royal Mail Delivery
We offer Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery for all UK mainland orders. Deliveries are aimed to be dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

A signature will be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a missed you card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

We offer international delivery. All deliveries will be a Signed For Delivery, deliveries are aimed to be dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this. 5 to 7 working days delivery aim.
