Shipping Policy

At Thium, every order is packed with care and sent from the UK. Below you’ll find details on our delivery options, timeframes, and what to expect once your order has been placed.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International delivery will be added in future — please follow us for updates.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer — if so, we’ll keep you updated by email.

  • You’ll receive a Dispatch Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Options

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery options are available at checkout:

Standard Delivery (2nd Class)

2–5 working days

Tracked 48

2–3 working days

Includes tracking updates

Tracked 24 / Next Day

1–2 working days

Order before 12pm for same-day dispatch where possible

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions — these will be clearly displayed on the site.

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days (UK), please:

  1. Check the Royal Mail tracking link (if applicable);

  2. Check with your local sorting office or neighbours;

  3. Contact info@thium.co.uk so we can help locate your order.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before we consider a parcel lost, in line with Royal Mail policy.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@thium.co.uk with your order number and (if damaged) a clear photo of the packaging and item.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Packaging

All Thium pieces are carefully packed to protect your jewellery in transit. Where possible, we use recyclable or minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact.

9. Order Tracking

If you selected a tracked delivery service, you’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
Untracked standard delivery will not include live updates but typically arrives within 2–5 working days.
